Told the guy up front where it should be taken, instead taken to a friend's auto shop - thankful for USAA who took it upon themselves to go pick it up and take it to their contracted shop at NO additional cost to me as the guy told me I had to pay up front to get my car taken elsewhere. Would give no stars if possible. Very rude and do not recommend!
This guy is very rude I asked about tires he caused me out. And was very disrespectful. He needs a lesson in business .to bad
OMG this man is VERY rude......they towed my husband's truck and the sherriffs office gave me his number and told me to call HIM about getting it back SO I did and ALL this man could do was cuss at me........NOT professional at ALL
