Amy was friendly and was very helpful.
I think madison street storage is not the best place to rent from, because the people that has been with them for 5 yrs., they keep increasing the rates for them, but the new people that are coming in they give them the best deals, to me that is unfair. They should give the people that has been there the longest the best deals instead of increasing the rates all the time. While I have no experience renting a storage unit, I have to say that Drew made the process easy and painless. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and has been on site every time I’ve returned to continue filling the unit. He is super helpful and friendly.
Great people to work with Drew was excellent. I would highly recommend this place. First four months were half price and we so appreciate that nice clean and easy to get to.
