Our experience with Madison Settlement Services was horrendous. The buyers of our home, not us, chose this company. From the start Madison couldn't get it right. 1) They incorrectly said we may have an impending judgement against our home. They incorrectly 2) wired our funds late afternoon the day after settlement. Because 3) they did not follow the wiring instructions correctly, the money was stuck at Wells Fargo Bank.
