Have used Madison Settlement Services on both sides (buyer/seller), and have been pleased with their services. They make everything very clear and were easy to work with. We would use them again.
Great experience with this company. They make things very easy and are very responsive. Solid communication, all around very pleased with my experience.
The team at Madison Settlement Services was polite, knowledgeable, and patient in helping us sort through paperwork and in helping us understand what we were signing. We appreciated their kindness and professionalism throughout the process!
We had a wonderful experience working with Diane at Madison Settlement. She was very friendly, helpful and responsive. I would recommend Diane and Madison Settlement to anyone who is looking to close on a house whether they are the buyer or seller.
