By far the worst experience I have had as a real estate agent working with a settlement company. Poor communication throughout the entire process even after complaining to the workers and co-owner weeks before the actual close. Communication still remained poor till day before closing. No one at Madison took ownership of this deal. Each worker was in their own silo waiting for the other to complete their work which ended up delaying our closing by almost 2 weeks.
