I have know the amazing staff at Madison Settlements for more than 15 years. They have handled no less than 7 Closing closing transactions & providing title insurance policies on my personal investments; all of which have been handled with the utmost attention, professionalism and care. I performed a Notary Signing on October 26th, 2020 after receiving a phone call from Alvin Jabboury. I have been waiting to get paid $375 in fees & the rate will soon go up again from late fees. I called the office spoke to Alvin Jabboury and Katherine Zitto. Katherine is handling the payment, but have never paid. She has lied to me and said the payment was in the mail for 90 days now, but have not reached me. Last week she said she would FEDEX the funds, and have not done so.
