I can not thank Doug and his team enough for helping me with my car and fixing my alternator. My sister and I were headed to Newport RI for a party from New Jersey when my car started signaling. Luckily, Madison Service Center was right off the exit. Doug took my car right in and quickly diagnosed the issue. He took the time and offered to stay late until the problem was resolved.
