By far the worst company I or my wife have ever had to deal with. They show up out of the blue, no warning, and are upset with us that they can't get into the back yard. We have mentioned that we have dogs back there, we also have a lot of wind in the area so yes we have to lock our gates. This is now the fourth time I have run out of gas this winter. I’m on route, aka auto fill. No heat, No hot water, No Gas for my oven/stove means no food no boiling water. It’s Friday. This is unacceptable. Ever since Thompson Gas took over Madison River propane has gone to absolute Shit. And I’m not wrong. This is jus an email and you are jus the person receiving it. This anger is not directed to you but directed to who ever the corporate ass hat is.

Had this company 2 years. Filled out paperwork multiple times for check/routing. Never once came up unless I called them. Then their customer service sucks when I called. They told me lies upon lies until I said inhale evidence then they quit replying. Once I told them come get their tank they attempted to fraud me over $160 then when I said I had evidence to give me their manager it was breaking company policy.
