I was very satisfied with my previous visits, but this time I was very disappointed with my experience yesterday (July 2, 2026). I received a Roots + Accent Foil + Blowout service. Unfortunately, my hair was not done with care, and the result looked very rushed and unprofessional. In addition, my scalp is sore today, and my roots are hurting, which makes me even more concerned about the service I received.
