Mammography and Ultrasound Great experience. Carol the Radiology technician was wonderful. She did not like how one shot came out and so did another. Taking the time to get it right. The Ultrasound Technician Kristen was terrific; very professional and caring. This all matters. Our lives are in their hands. Thank you
I went to Madison radiology today to have my breast biopsy. Nurse Sara and Dr McArthur were absolutely amazing!!!! I didn’t feel any pain, we were chatting and having fun during the procedure as crazy as it sounds!!! They made me feel so comfortable and safe! Also ladies at the front desk… no words, so approachable, nice, polite…. I hope the rest of my medical journey wherever it takes me stays like this because this is 5star service ❤️ Thank you all!!!
Check your bills!! I have always gone to Madison Radiology, but since it was sold I've had only problems with their billing. I have been twice and both times I have had billing issues. For my annual mammogram, they sent my insurance an out of network tax id (maybe from one of their other offices??) and the wrong codes. For my second visit they never gave credit for my insurance discount. If you're not checking your bills against what your insurance covers, then you are being overcharged! I have told my Doctor not to refer me... read more
