Everyone at Madison Radiology from check in to the tests were absolutely professional and friendly! I go to them for all my doctors imaging! It is half the price of other places and gives all the same info and is done by the exact equipment. Jessie at the front desk was so welcoming! Great smile and sooo nice!! Mallory and Marissa did my tests and were so caring and so professional. They answered all my questions and were so nice! Madison radiology and guilford radiology are one now! Madison is right by Stop and Shop!
Had awful experience here recently. I had been going here for past 7 years never had any issues I was informed that Dr. Jay is no longer there. Very rude and unprofessional staff. At 1 point the ultrasound tec told me that breast cancer skips a generation??? as she was trying to persuade me not to get a test - ultrasound in addition to my mammogram that my O.B ( MD) had ordered as I was sitting in the mamography room. Mammography and Ultrasound Great experience. Carol the Radiology technician was wonderful. She did not like how one shot came out and so did another. Taking the time to get it right. The Ultrasound Technician Kristen was terrific; very professional and caring. This all matters. Our lives are in their hands. Thank you
I went to Madison radiology today to have my breast biopsy. Nurse Sara and Dr McArthur were absolutely amazing!!!! I didn’t feel any pain, we were chatting and having fun during the procedure as crazy as it sounds!!! They made me feel so comfortable and safe! Also ladies at the front desk… no words, so approachable, nice, polite…. I hope the rest of my medical journey wherever it takes me stays like this because this is 5star service ❤️ Thank you all!!!
