I don't recommend getting imaging services at this hospital. I'm driving much further next time... all the way to Janesville if necessary! I've had an easier time cancelling gym memberships than I've had trying to get answers with this insurance billing nightmare. Don't call the hospital for help either... It's a dead end. I wonder how many people give up and just pay the full bill. God help this country's sick care industry!
Waited 10 months to send bill to insurance, I’d since changed insurance and am now liable? I can see in the bill very clearly 2 false charges totaling just under 2k. If I had those mri your charging me for I wouldn’t have needed any more. I was in to much pain to even lay my head back so obviously the scans never happened. You think I’m paying this you’re nuts.
