Met with Randy regarding mold growing on the wood beams in our new build. They were very responsive and upfront about the process. The entire process went very well. Only thing was the day they came back for a half day, it was just a miscommunication regarding the time they would arrive. But other than that one minor miscommunication Randy and his team were great to work with!!

Hired them for mold removal services in my attic. I was sceptical at first, but after the first day of services Im already left pretty happy. Im curious to see what happens the next few days but their setup is very professional.

I haven't needed to utilize their services, but they would be the first I'd call. I know Randy personally and can attest to his character and integrity, and know that everyone on his team is highly skilled, and highly trained on the core values that Randy has set forth for his company. Chris and his team have been amazing to work with. They are professional, communicate well and follow through. They made a very stressful time (flood in our basement) go as smoothly as possible considering the circumstances. I also appreciated how well they worked with my insurance company on the claim. Highly recommend.

I had a pipe break in my finished basement ceiling early in the morning. After my insurance company recommended Madison Property Restoration, and I call them, they were on site in 45 minutes to get me on my way towards getting the mess cleaned up. Reese and his crew were great; very knowledgeable and professional, and the office manager Chaselyn was easy to work with and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!
