Clean mobile home park
This company and the office manager is second to none. They are really fixing up the community and having new homes brought in. I was fortunate to have found them and they have taken care of anything I have needed immediately.
Madison Pointe is a beautiful mobile Community and great improvement have been made, and will be made in the near future. Please contact the manager if you have any questions or complaints about Madison pointe.
Could do better with trailers they're wanting to get people in, some need alot of repairs and are not livable until the repairs are done and lot rent has to be paid even though you can not live in it yet. If you were able to make repairs before you had to pay lot rent it would be better
