I came at 9:20 on a Monday morning to have some blood taken (with fasting) only to find they hadn't opened. This has happened more than once so unfortunately I'm looking at other alternatives. If you state you're open from 9 to 5 Monday to Saturday, it's not much to ask, actually be there.
We’ve been going to this practice for approx 7 years now and have found all the staff lovely, caring and thorough. My children know everyone really well which makes them feel safe and comfortable going to the dr. Dr Ali has been our primary dr. He is caring and gets to know his patients which builds trust and knowledge to medically assist in a thorough and professional way. Thank you for all of your years of service Dr Ali. You will be missed by all of us.
I've been attending Madison Park Family Medical Practice for about 10 years now & have found all of the staff to be professional & very friendly. For the past 7 years I've been seeing Dr Ali who is a very professional, thorough, understanding & caring doctor. I have many health issues & he has taken really good care of me & other members of my family over that time. We will all miss him & wish him all the very best for the future. RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE ,NOT POLITE!! & FREINDLY , LIKE SHE SHOULD BE . THATS IF SHE ANSER S PHONE AT ALL !!! GOT TO GET A BETTER DOCTORS ,........
Dr Ali is an amazing doctor and very supportive, he has been my doctor for many years and I'm thankful. Also the receptionists go above and beyond.
