Patient care by Drs and NPs is great. But good luck getting anything done otherwise. Staff is unhelpful. Test results never get relayed to patients. Phone calls and voicemails are constantly ignored. Appointments take weeks to get many times. If you have the flu, better go to the ER. By the time they're able to see you here, you'll either be better or dead. It's a shame they built that brand new hospital for our community, but we still have to travel out of Parish to be treated like a human being by medical providers. Do bet... read more
