This provider sent my wife a message to go to the ER over blood work a day after my wife received the results. She then would not answer a message back. Would not answer the phone. Would not talk to us when we made the trip to the office. She only responded after the receptionist sent her a message. She retracted the order to go to the ER and requested my wife come back next week to get her blood work redone. Obviously it’s not an emergency if we can wait a week to redone blood work.
