Little upset with the fact that they just close the doors send a last minute email and leave people hanging with braces on their mouth and no where to go for care. Pretty difficult to find a place to go that will accept wisconsin forward health card.
My son is a patient here, or I should say 'used' to be a patient bc they are closing with no notice to us! Said we aren't 'active' bc his braces came off 2 weeks ago - but still had a 'permanent' wire in his mouth that just popped off. I called to get him in and found out they are closing and not seeing anyone anymore. I am so pissed right now. Spent years with braces (& lots of money) and they don't even notify us of the office closing! They won't release his records to us - we are on a 'waitlist' to have them click send on... read more
