All of the staff at NH Animal Hospital have been wonderful. One of my cats had to visit frequently for bloodwork for an ongoing diagnosis, and they got me in and out quickly and treated him with such care. Last fall, I had to have one of my cats euthanized after she'd stopped eating and drinking for a week. The staff was kind and empathetic with possibilities for treatment, costs, risks, and likely outcomes.

Not sure if this is a regular occurrence or not, but giving 24 hours to pay an appointment deposit but cancelling and filling before the deadline is unprofessional. I felt a bit uneasy that services aren't listed with prices. No where on the website or when booking an appointment does it say look out for a email and a deposit needs to be paid before the appointment or your appointment will be canceled, the lack of transparency is deceptive. While the vet themselves are fine, we signed up for a wellness plan and were never given a copy of this contract only an invoice for the the first two months. After, we received no follow up from the vet or the third party that they use. We were then charged for an additional year and half as it was coming out of a different bank account. It took a lot of research to find who the third party company belonged to as I have never had contact with them either.
