Fran’s office is pleasant and comfortable. She listens carefully and is very relatable. Fran also shares her knowledge freely and will make recommendations for supplements but is not pushy. I look forward to another session.
Fran sells bioavailable nutrients that work. She knows the metabolic precursors to hormones so she can tell you how your body can create its own insulin. She knows when the best time to eat for all diets and how to overcome iinsulin resistance.
