As a former employee of this company it along with the owner has treated me poorly so I ended up voluntarily terminating myself. I wouldn’t even recommend using this company as a customer ive had many people who are now my personal clientele use me and are still using me as there personal mechanic because of miscommunication with the owner. Ridiculous and Terrible!! There is no reason for it to take 5 hours! For someone to do a diagnostic on your vehicle! Then tell you it's this and that there's no way it can be anything else. And once this issue is fixed your problem will be no more. Yeeeeah Right! Because I still have the same exact jerking problem now slightly worse that I went in there for! I went to this place three times all three times they gave me one price then when I get there they're working on my car they want to try to raise the price I paid them $644 to put ball joints and tie rods on my truck a little more than 30 days the tire rod has broke and they will not make the problem correct without me paying them an additional amount. Not to mention they kept my truck for 2 days the entire time they kept changing the time that they would be done.
This is the place you are looking for. Honest, professional, best price, quick. I drove 1/2 hour to get there but saved $400+. They even tuned the engine (free) so I could pass emissions. In all fairness...I took them donuts (hint). FYI 6 glazed and 6 chocolate iced. Best $8 I ever spent.
