Failed to deliver the project on the date promised - in fact, failed to deliver the project at all. Worse, the installation was confirmed within a week of the scheduled delivery and I wasn't notified of a problem until two days before and after subs for the installation had been contracted. Needless to say I terminated the contract and used a different carpenter.
