Bus driver of bus 130 headed to McKee was thee greatest life savor, gave me a courtesy ride I lost my bus pass he said come on and ride , things happen save my life great attitude, understanding and good driver Thanks Metro for having thee best drivers on the road !!!

Terrible service, but at least the bus drivers are nice. The company makes people who live in residential areas walk farther to catch the bus. The buses are nasty, they smell horrible, too gross for me to describe, and those seats have ridiculous stains and are covered in dirt and crumbs. There are weird people, sometimes a weird person will come up to you and ask something stupid. Why are buses always so late? I can handle a minute or two, but 5-10 minutes? Some of the buses are in serious need of maintenance. Some of the seats have unusual stains and dirt/crumbs. Buses are often late, probably not the driver’s fault. Friendly bus drivers most of the time. Passengers really need to clean up after themselves, I can’t count how many times I have found leftover food or garbage in the seats. Convenient fast fare system where you can scan your card when boarding. The newer buses are mostly okay, much nicer than the older buses. Wish we had more frequent service.
