We had such a great experience here under the circumstances. We had to drive in from Island Park to get our daughter’s broken arm set while on vacation. Lauren, our ER nurse, and Dr Wells, who did the reduction, were both amazing and so kind through the whole process! Not only did they show respect and care for us as parents but also were so kind to my young, scared daughter. Don't take your loved ones to this place or yourself. The medical team is trash they don't care at all. Took my mother in law there just for them to release her. Took her to the Dr the next day Dr says she needs to be in the hospital. Took her to Idaho falls hospital and they admitted her. Shows that they don't do there job. Also while she was there the nurse was suppose to be helping her use the bathroom but left and she fell on the floor hurting herself worse. I have no idea how they even have a 3.9 review rating.
I will never forget the warmth I felt at this hospital. I’m Chinese, traveling alone to Yellowstone when I suddenly got sick. It took over two hours by ambulance to get me from Yellowstone to a hospital in a nearby town. Being sick alone in a small town, far from home with no family or friends around, was really scary. Great care and the staff was wonderful
Went in for mental health stuff, I had full coverage. Didn't even talk to a real person, they stuck a screen in my face and the psychiatrist said I was fine because it was the day after the attempt so she sent me home with a safety plan instead of admitting me and they still charged me even though I had full coverage
