I awoke Dec 27th with difficulty getting enough air in my lungs. These guys (Joe and Chris) came to my aid in a reasonable amount of time. After a brief assessment we were off to the hospital. I opted to go to Hendersonville and they called their dispatch for approval as it would tie them up longer. They also called AdventHealth to make sure the weren't diverting. Their EMS service is excellent, but their follow-up to routine admistrative issues is poor. We need a report from them to file with insurance. I have called and left three messages with no response.
