I called 3 weeks ahead of time to rent power scooter for 3 days, told them I needed it for heavy use over those 3 days and asked how long it would hold a charge and how long it took to charge. Told them my weight, tried to account for all posdible issues. Was told could use it 16 hours and charge for 8 each day. First day died after 5 hours. Asked for a replacement battery or some fix to the situation. Was yelled at in lobby of the hotel, then told my weight was probably the problem, was charged $310 a week before the event.... read more

Reliable & friendly service. I rented a wheelchair after surgery, and I was happy to do so through a local business in this area. They were very friendly on the phone and in person when picking up/dropping off. They also were very pleasant to communicate with and easy get in contact with via phone. I'd definitely recommend Madison Medical Rental to others.

Great service. Needed a hospital bed for my mother in law after a shoulder surgery so she could sleep easy. Live in a more rural area - no local services. Called Madison Medical Rental - they delivered the same day - travel time about 1.5 hours one way for the delivery. Bed in excellent condition - delivery person efficient, personable, wore a mask. Very pleased with the service.
