I would not recommend coming here for a sports physical. I scheduled a $35 sports physical for my son and brought the official physical form provided by his school. When we arrived, the front desk staff told us that the form I had already filled out was missing information and handed us a new one to complete. We filled it out again and waited to be seen. If I could do zero I would. I miss the nice staff from 2+ years ago who didn’t start off with an attitude as soon as the back doors shut.
The Lady at the front desk is very rude!
The Lab has different hours then the clinic. Closed when i got there. Wasted my time driving there.
