Hands down the most well run clinic I have ever been associated with! From the sweet ladies at check in and billing, to the expert care from Dr. Mac and his PA Miranda, Madison Medical Group is top notch in every way!

Disappointed and outraged ! The front billing office staff At the Madison location are completely Uneducated on insurance and billing. I had to personally call my Blue Cross insurance and put them on speakerphone myself to explain to them their on what should have been their job . They charged me over $150 On my credit card for a visit that had no copay and was in network . The older lady on the office staff is a joke who acts likes she running the office but clearly not . Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. You might have to wait a month to get an appointment and when you show up, I usually wait an hour to be seen.
