The doctor and the nurses are great, but the front office women are unpleasant. they have no compassion for people who take a bus. they drop patients saying "patient cancelled" but transportation is a valid reason. Nine months of waiting, wasted, because now I have to find another Dr to do my cataract surgery. The ladies at front desk should switch careers to be wardens. After waiting 8 months (jumping through hoops, waiting for available dates) to get cataract surgery, on 6/27, as I was en route to the office, via THREE bus... read more

doctor is great. his nurses are great. but the front office staff are quite unpleasant. they're apparently coddled entitled women who do not fathom what it's like to have to take 3 buses to/from this office. they love to drop patients by saying "patient cancelled" but I had excellent reasons to do so mostly transportation reasons. I truly regret ever coming here. I should have waited to find something close to my house.
