Had cataract surgery in both eyes. Vision greatly improved! Excellent staff, great eye care, very professional, from the techs, to the receptionist, office manager and doctor. Dr. Zilch is an outstanding medical professional!Mia and Alex were my techs, they were great! Receptionist was sweet, kind and very helpful. I had a question that required the office manager. Maria looked into my issue promptly and resolved it quickly. 5 stars all around.
I really liked the Doctor. He was helpful and informative a very good bedside manner. His assistant Donna was the best! She didn't treat you like just another patient( even though I probably was just another patient). I have the start of a cataract in the right eye. And I was made to feel like it was no big deal and was told I have very healthy eyes. Even the receptionist was a delight 😊 a great experience all around. A great experience!
Staff was welcoming and engaged. Dr was on time and answered all questions.
