Received excellent care. Never waited more than ten minutes.
Before even arriving for the appointment, my spouse has been harassed for the deductible payment by phone -- and asking if we had the ability to pay. I've been an Aurora patient and have never been subjected to such demeaning requests. If we does not get any better, especially during the appointment, we will take our business elsewhere -- including from the Madison Medical primary physician to Aurora, where they are more tactful and considerate.
