I had a highly disappointing experience at London Medical Center. I went in to see my PCP to request genetic testing due to a history of cancer on my maternal side. From the moment the nurse practitioner (Andrea) entered the room, she was rude and condescending. She questioned why I was there for genetic testing, making me feel like I was being ridiculous for even asking. Her tone was dismissive and made me feel unwelcome. Had to change Dr do to moving. This place took my insurance so I gave them a try. Been there a few times now, never had to wait long to be seen. And the staff was all very friendly. Haven't bothered to look elsewhere in the area because I'm happy here.
Left without care. Arrived at appointed time to a ghost town. Called out hello. No answer. Young woman appeared. Rude...patronizing... Untruthful... Lack of skilled communication
