Love our doctor but unfortunately the staff is intolerable. I have been trying get referrals & prescriptions for my special needs toddler (that the Dr recommended) for 2.5 months straight now. Multiple calls and emails for over 8 weeks straight. Currently, they have completely ignored me and not even acknowledging my requests currently at 5 in a row unanswered emails for the last 2.5 weeks straight. Doctors are fantastic, however front desk, especially at Rutledge office, is so rude and cold. She acts annoyed and bothered to have to do her job. Also if you request records for your child they will not release them to you personally, even if you’re willing to pay a fee.
