Doctors are fantastic, however front desk, especially at Rutledge office, is so rude and cold. She acts annoyed and bothered to have to do her job. Also if you request records for your child they will not release them to you personally, even if you’re willing to pay a fee.
My experience with the Doctors are wonderful always have been and hope it continues,staff are very helpful all the times.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable doctors. Dr Paul Raber has been my doctor for many years. No complaints. Great dr. And great Dr. office.5 star.
Medical personnel and staff are fine. The problem is getting refills called in in a timely manner and sometimes don’t get called in at all. If you express your displeasure, they really don’t care.
