If you can avoid this place, do it. The HOA Board is unreasonable, refusing to be eco-friendly and engaging in discrimination: 1) It refuses to allow recycling pickup, even though recycling pickup WILL NOT RAISE HOA FEES. In 2025, it should be criminal not to recycle. I still recycle, by taking our bags of recyclables to another neighborhood that has curbside pickup, I continue to see my neighbors throwing out so much that could and should be recycled. We've lived here for two years now. Our condo is nice but management leaves a lot to be desired. This is the second summer that we haven't been able to use our backyard because of a swamp that has yet to be taken care of, despite numerous complaints to the management company -- JBC Property Management. Our kids can't utilize the backyard and neither can the adults.
