From the beginning of looking at Madison Maintenance and selecting them to the last day of the project, we had very positive experiences. Mike was great to work with, the project started and finished on time. The workers were very professional/friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. I looked at 4 different companies and very glad I selected Madison. The chimney repair and new shelf looks great. Clean up was also excellent. I recently had my chimney rebuilt by Madison Maintenance LLC of Grosse Pointe Park. The chimney looks great. The team did a super job in the rebuilt as well as the cleanup afterwards. Hosing down my driveway was going a step beyond. The 3 guys in the team were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in their craft. I definitely would recommend Madison Maintenance LLC for any of your masonry work.

Madison has become our go-to for brick and mortar work. After some terrible experiences with other companies they have exceeded our expectations. Mike really listened to our concerns and fears about another sub-par job. Our home is 100 years old this year. In 2022 Madison repaired and tuck pointed our entire home. The crew was knowledgeable and efficient. They cleaned up and assured us that they would follow up on any concerns.
