Does not communicate effectively or move the process along. I have been dealing with this process for over two years, and nothing has meaningfully changed. Save your money and consider handling things on your own, as my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I had a very disappointing experience with this law company. Communication was poor, I did not feel supported, and my concerns were not handled with the level of professionalism I expected and I lost my case. I left feeling frustrated and unheard, especially given how important legal matters are. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
Amazing law firm! They truly have some of the best attorneys — they helped me when I needed it most and were incredibly persistent and communicative throughout the entire process. I also appreciate that they’re local here in Orange County — great customer service, great attorneys, and truly an all-around outstanding firm. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ali Parvaneh — I highly recommend him, he genuinely saved me! 5 Stars if I could give 10 I would!
