I would first like to say that in the past, I have had excellent service here. I'm an RN of 25+ years, so I tend to give medical staff more leeway because I know that it can be a tough job. Inconvenience is one thing, but incompetence is something else. I have been trying for the past month to have my regular 6-month labs done. The first time I went, (Tamara) told me they didn't have my orders at the front desk. I left and contacted my Dr.'s office. My Dr.'s office has since faxed my orders four times with confirmation. I have been here several times in the past 4 years and have always had great services. From just blood work to x-rays to pre-op requirements.

they do not seem to know what they’re doing. They also apparently do not know the meaning of sterile field. you are not supposed to put gloves on and touch everything (mouse, door handles, etc) and then begin the blood draw and then miss the vein and and rotate the needle when the patient is in pain and NOTHING is coming out?? Also why would you even touch the needle with the nasty gloves that you contaminated with ??????? and then just throw the gauze pads on the floor and the tourniquet on the patient like an unprofessiona... read more
