My daughter has a phobia about needles. Our family is notoriously hard to insert IVs into or draw blood from. But when my daughter had to go in for a 5 hr. long round of blood draws, Michelle and Rosa in the lab were so cheerful and friendly, they helped to put her at ease. Today, I had the chance to go check how my infection results were coming. They found that there was multiple bacteria in the wound. So they had divided each type to grow it. Then at midnight tonight, they will be able to get the results. I was really impressed with how friendly, Rosa, Juliann, and Mary were to me. Also with the careful attention to detail they performed with this lab. They are awesome!
