This is awful!!! I made an appointment weeks before with Pam, and apparently my information was not copied right and she doubled book me. She ended up burning my scalp because she was too busy cutting a boys hair. I was so disappointed and she made me feel terrible about my hair saying I needed inches cut off when I only wanted a trim. I was so upset. Would not recommend.
Pam has been my hairdresser since she opened her salon. I stopped in on a whim one day and I can't imagine going anywhere else! My color has ALWAYS been perfect and my cuts flattering. She has an excellent sense of what will and won't look good on a customer. She is always professional with a fabulous sense of humor (makes an hour in the chair fly by)! Pam is great!
My hair turned green when I asked Pam to dye it back to my natural color. She tried to fix it but was unable to. She asked if I was happy and I said no but I paid anyway cause that is the kind of person I am. I called and left her a message asking her for a refund and thanked her for the time she spent with me. Absolutely love this salon!!!! Love my cut and color. Relaxing atmosphere and awesome customer service. Looking for a new stylist...look no more, try this salon you won't regret it.
What a great find! I'm new to the area and always have a tough time finding colorists for blonde hair. Pam is SO talented. The interior of the salon is stunning, and she has a personality that will make you feel right at home! I'm extremely happy with my color and my awesome new cut.
