Great experience. Michelle Z., RN was amazing and patient the whole time. She was down to earth and made me very comfortable being in her care while getting MRI scans and a lumbar puncture. The xray tech, Marissa, was amazing as well. Dr. Brooks I believe was the one that done my lumbar puncture was very informative. He explained things well and allowed time to ask questions when I had them. He spoke with me the whole time and made me a little less anxious. Quick in and out for scan
Decent staff encounters, but the wait times are a joke, especially when you are asked to be there 30 minutes prior to your actual appointment. Even with being early, I was there over an hour and not seen. I had my kids with me, so I asked to reschedule. They already had a little card with the number on it for me. Will find somewhere closer to home to give my time and business to.
Friendly staff. But plan on waiting for a long time past your appointment time. Been here frequently. It is “always hurry up and wait”. I don’t think we’ve ever been seen on time. Hard on the elderly who have long and extended wait times just to be seen.
