I recently had a vascular ablation procedure and couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. The entire team Dr. Knott, Baylee, Allesia, Brittney, and Kim was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I’ve worked with Dr. Knott in the past, and as expected, he did an excellent job. Currently been waiting for 1 hr, 15 min. This practice overbooked their ability to see patients. Extraordinarily poor service. Staff acts as if they couldn’t care less.
I had my third procedure completed today by Dr. Kiessling, Nurse Kim, and Nurse Sarah. The procedures were explained in detail and I knew what to expect. I highly recommend this office.
The staff is very kind and very professional. I had a great experience from start to finish. Always quick. I highly recommend.
The wonderful staff at Madison Vein Center are awesome! They talk you through everything, make sure you are comfortable, and we'll cared for.
