I would give it a ZERO but that wasn't an option! Do not go with chest pains, dizziness, irregular heartbeats and shortness of breath. There were 30 patients ahead of me and another lady with same symptoms as me. She waited in lobby over 6 hours and I've waited over 7 hours. They do not prioritize the patient symptoms and severity. All these people came in after me.
I had to go to the er I have lupus and I was in tremendous pain. There was a staff member there by the name of Carla, Im not sure of her position but she sits upfront by checkin. She made sure I had great care. She is very caring and attentive. I had to write this review to acknowledge her, because she went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of and was getting the best care. Ava was my nurse that night she was great as well.
