Good luck if your nurse is Janae. No bedside manners WHATSOEVER. It was as if I was an inconvenience to her. Extremely nasty, off putting attitude. She’s definitely in the wrong profession.
I was Greeted and waiting on with no long wait. Was treated with care and respect. The entire staff was very polite and professional. Thank You!
All the receptionists, technicians, nurses and doctors were all very caring and professional. I had fallen and injured my face, nose, knee & elbow. Although it was a busy night, I was impressed that I was able to get my testing (x-rays) done prior to being taken back. This really speeded up the ER process. The Madison ER really works hard to give great service & care to their patients.
