Poor customer service. Edit for additional information requested by the owner: I entered the store and was immediately hounded by a staff member. I expressed that I wasn't looking for anything specific and just wanted to look around, and he insisted on hovering over me and asking the same questions repeatedly. Again, I repeated that I was just looking around, and this caused him to turn sour and snappy. I highly recommend you shop somewhere else.
I recently bought a mattress from here, and we had a very positive experience! The salesman was very knowledgeable about his products, and was very kind! Our mattress was delivered on time, and they were very prompt in answering the phone! I would recommend shopping here!
Poor customer service.
These guys rock!!! Family owned and they have the best prices in town. Had an issue with a power recliner shortly after my purchase and they took care of the warranty claim with the MFG and had the part replaced as soon as it arrived. Cannot say enough good things!
I bought a king size mattress from you guys and it was only good for two months and now i’ve had this mattress for 8 or 9 months and I cannot afford to buy a new one. Aweful quality man! The springs are broken inside and everything is gone bad. I can barely sleep at night and I don’t have money to buy a new one! Thanks!
