I am working with a resident of this home and everytime we call they either cannot find this individual or he is unavailable to come to the phone. The place is disorganized and has a foul odor. The residents do not seemed to be managed or have any set agenda for the day. I would never send my parents to this place and if I were you I would not send yours.
