If you’re looking for a quiet, yet lively complex this is the one! We’ve been here for 5 years, and after a good transition of management The Hills has become such an enjoyable place to live! The office staff is responsive to requests and is stellar about communicating things going on in the complex in a timely manner. Oh, and do you like winning things? The Hills is an amazing apartment complex, they have fun events for residents that bring us together and they've been very helpful with questions and concerns. I recommend the Hills apartments.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend living here. It is very loud, there is a large homeless population that leaves trash all over the complex and they completely take advantage of their current tenants when it comes to rent/renewals. It is understood that market rates change, however not to the degree presented. On their website as of 6/9/25 a renovated 2x1 apartment goes for $1,813 max. That is what we currently live in.
