I really loved it here. It was quite. Plus, the only apartment I've ever lived in where I actually got my security deposit back (basically all of it!). Office staff was always helpful and nice.
I had someone attempt to enter my apartment while I was inside, which was very concerning. Although my door was locked, it raised serious safety concerns. When I asked management about adding an additional lock for extra security, I was told I would need to pay for it and that it required approval. Given the situation, this response was disappointing. Moved in a few weeks ago and it’s been amazing to say the least. Everything from the apartment itself, to the staff, to the amenities have been great. The neighbors have all been welcoming. One of my biggest things when looking for an apartment was no bugs, and I’m happy to report still none in sight! Thankful to have found such a clean and lovely place.
This apt complex is the worst I have ever lived in. I have been here 6 months and an now having my tub resurfaced for the 3rd time since they didnt do it correctly the first 2 times. Toxins leaking into the water that my 3 year old bathes in. Cockroaches all over the place inside and outside, no one cleans up after their pets so there is poop all over the complex. Great apartment complex! It is very quiet and feels safe, which I really appreciate. The staff and management are very helpful and genuinely try to work with residents to meet their needs. I have had a positive experience so far and would definitely recommend it.
