Madison Highlands is a highly recommended apartment complex, managed by an excellent team. Barbara, the onsite manager, is very responsive and dedicated to ensuring that residents have a safe and comfortable living environment. The maintenance department is prompt and efficient, attending to requests in a timely manner. It is a privilege to reside at Madison Highlands.
Love this property! The manager Barbara is always helpful and kind. Made a great decision to move here.
Wouldn't advise moving here unless you're desperate! When you put in a maintenance report it could take weeks if not months to get help, not to mention it was during the Summer and it was our AC we had to wait over two weeks for the maintenance man to come up and barely do anything said it just needed drained but it still didn't work afterwards not to mention it kept leaking rust into the bath tub we bathed in on top of causing black mold that keeps coming back no matter how much bleach you use!!
