If I could give zero stars, I would. When I first moved into these apartments, there were roaches everywhere. I immediately reported it, and they came to spray. The maintenance man even told me the previous tenants probably had a dog, which he claimed was “why the roaches were coming out.” I always deep clean when I move into a new place, and when I pulled out the refrigerator, I found an actual roach nest. Madison Highlands is a highly recommended apartment complex, managed by an excellent team. Barbara, the onsite manager, is very responsive and dedicated to ensuring that residents have a safe and comfortable living environment. The maintenance department is prompt and efficient, attending to requests in a timely manner. It is a privilege to reside at Madison Highlands.
