What a very special place! The staff are caring and patient and genuinely care about the residents.
My mother has been at Madison Heights for a couple months and she is absolutely thriving. It was an agonizing decision for our family and we worried about how mom's transition would be. I am so happy to say that she is loving it! She gets involved with all the activities, loves painting, singing, and dancing. Most importantly, she smiles all the time! Her caregivers are so wonderful and I know that they are taking great care of my mom. I am so blessed to have found them, I know mom is in the right place.
So grateful to the staff at Madison Heights for helping my father and my family through this challenging time! My Dad has been at Madison Heights for just a week and finally we are able to relax and know that he is being cared for after three months at a horrible rehab facility! We feel so blessed to have found a place full of kind, caring and compassionate people!
So far Madison Heights has been a wonderful environment for my mother. Staff and administrators seem to always be available for questions and voicing any concerns (always minor). Overall this has been a pleasant transition. Thanks to all of you for your help and assistance with easing into this next chapter!
A true memory care facility that has a great team that works very well together. They provide great care for every resident. A very safe and secure place.
