I’m blessed to have both of my 89 yr old parents at Madison Heights this month marking 2 years.( the only married couple there) The administrative is amazing and ALWAYS willing to listen and take action. They always have an open door ( literally) greeting you with a warm smile. Jodi, Barbara, Doug and Alicia are team players and put the residents first. My loved one has been at MH for almost two years. The care, activities and food are excellent. Everyone at MH make the resident and family feel “cared for “! Family access to resident is available 24/7. That is comforting to the family. ❤️ MH!
