I lived at Madison Heights for a while and my experience was quite positive. The location is excellent, with easy access to services and public transport. It's a quiet area, which I really appreciated during my stay. The complex has on-site management, which provides support if any assistance is needed. There is also a restaurant and a café within the premises, which is very convenient. Madison Heights is such a nice place to live especially with the help and support of Crystal and all the management team with any problems and questions that arise 🩷
My wife and I came here 1 year ago and this apartment was our first longer accomodation in Australia. The area is close to the CBD, but not that close it would affect the sleep at night. Good Public transport connection (train station 3 min walk away). We were well satisfied with the building, common areas and facilities (gym, pool, bbq area at the skyterrace) Crystal and John were, helpful, fast and very accurate apartment managers we could ask them anything and they tried to solve our issues as soon as possible. Crystal has been an Amazing property manager, from the start and has been extremely helpful with any needs or assistance we've required. Helping us with moving in and with getting a quick reply about pets and any other questions we've had have been answered quickly. Absolute legend
Have been living here in Madison Heights for 2.5 years. The management team is so helpful, and I always feel supported and safe in the building thanks to their management. Love the team, especially Crystal - she's always a good listener and able to help in every situation. Highly recommend!
