I've been living here already for 6 months. There are small issues like in every building, but if you ask for help, you'll get it. I appreciate a lot the attention to detail with repairs and following up from our admins Crystal Broomfield and John Burke. Other than that, superb location and chill community. Exactly what you want from a place to live so close to the city center.
Fantastic service from management , they managed my place for 12mths no issues at all. Once I moved in they went out of their way to get myself a carspace. Great location everything at your doorstep.
John Burke and the management team at Madison Heights are fantastic. They are always quick to respond and take care of any issues promptly. It is clear they really care about the building and residents. They are always available, approachable, and professional. Could not ask for a better team.
Where to even begin. The team at Madison Heights and the building manager John in particular are quite incompetent at their jobs, we had constant issues with them and felt like I had to do their job for them most of the time. I don't think I've ever seen the building manager doing any work. - The units are infested with pests and management does nothing about it - There is a constant foul odour at the entrance, lift and public areas within the building - The spa has been closed off for repairs for over a year. John Burke and his team have been managing my apartment for the last 10 years and I can not fault them never had a problem with the tenants.
