Manager is never around, unusual rules in place seem like they're just trying to take as much money from people as possible.
very accommodating building manager, maintenance is super helpful and nice. get things done as quickly as they can.
My elderly and disabled mother-in-law and father-in-law live here. There was a water line break @ 3am Christmas morning in one of the apartments above them. Their apartment flooded, and they had over 3 inches of water standing at one point. The apartment uses a boiler system for heat, so after water had to be shut off, their apartment was also very cold that night. They have been having to stay in this apartment, never given any option of somewhere else to stay. Now, they are expected to move everything off the floors for ca... read more
