Alisha has a studio in this building. She is the best deep tissue massage for a hairstylist. She listens to your problems and makes sure your are comfortable with the pressure. Her knowledge of my muscles and solutions are AMAZING. She is the only person to ever give me relief. I've been in the hair industry over 20 years. My knots have knots.
This is my place. Checked out other gyms. No others have the classes, convenience and atmosphere this has. Love the senior cardio, yoga and upstairs indoor track (flooded with outdoor light through giant windows). I love the steam and sauna. Pool is huge. The staff keep it clean, friendly, and well stocked with clean towels. Locker room is roomy, bright, not damp, and clean.
