No, not a walk-in clinic. I suggested an edit on Google to correct this as they have signs everywhere stating they are no longer walk-in and appointments are required. That being said! I saw Nurse Tiffany yesterday for a PCP visit and she was absolutely outstanding. I had seen her in the past for walk-in care (when they offered that) and she mentioned at one of those visits that she offers primary care. Not a walk in clinic. You need an appointment.
Professional care with small town feel. A real gem.
The care is excellent but the girl at the front desk refuses to answer the telephone. People can't always get a call back. Sometimes they need to talk when they call and that lady never ever answers the phone. It takes 10 phone calls to get through
